Eliza McKown competed in the 45^th Annual NAIA Women's Outdoor Track & Field National Championships on Thursday, May 21. After lightning delayed the competitions, McKown raced the 800m three hours after the scheduled start time.

Waldorf Athletics held the annual All Sports Program on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, combining efforts with Waldorf Student Life and Students Excelling in Activities & Leadership (S.E.A.L.) to honor the outstanding efforts of Waldorf University's students. Anna Longhenry, Fisher Nagel, AJ Toulouse, Eliza McKown, and Christian Gerot were honored for their contributions this season and throughout their time at Waldorf.

Waldorf University made a memorable debut on the national stage at the NCA College Nationals, earning a third-place finish in its first-ever appearance at the prestigious competition. Competing against a strong field of six programs, Waldorf University proved it belonged among the nation's top collegiate teams by finishing in the winners circle with an impressive performance.

FOREST CITY, Iowa – The Waldorf University Cheer Team has been invited to perform for the pros at the Minnesota Lynx vs Valkyrie WNBA game on Thursday, September 11 at 7 p.m. 

Lindsey (Pleuss) Hyman and Stephanie (Hill) Bernal were two of the ten Iowans who served as Olympic Torch Bearers in 2002 as the Olympic Torch Run weaved its way through the various states on its journey to Utah for the 2002 Winter Olympics.
